Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after ordering your item to request a return (for pre-order items the policy is 30 days from date of shipment).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we will provide a full refund for the value of the item in the same form as the original payment.
Eligibility Criteria
Is your product eligible for a return?
You can return your product, provided it meets the following eligibility requirements:
| 1. Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the delivery date/receiving of order. |
| 2. Item(s) must be un-opened and in the original packaging. |
| 3. You must provide a photo of your unopened item/s prior to shipping so we can assess the condition. |
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@puggleadventure.com.au with your name, order number, prodct photo and inform s the reason why you would like to return your product.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once it arrives in our warehouse our inspection will complete the inspection and once its been approved your refund will be processed.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
